Abiotic Factor - Sound Re-Design
In this sound redesign of a clip from an early development build of Abiotic Factor (by Deep Field Games), I recreated every sonic detail from the ground up. I transformed original sounds into entirely new audio experiences—such as pitching down crushed ice and sculpting it with EQ and dynamics to become the crunch of gravel under a car’s tires. I also crafted new diegetic music—heard from the in-game radio—which dynamically shifts EQ as the player moves, enhancing immersion.
